By placing an order through My Store, you agree to abide fully by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase on our site.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

My Store works diligently to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors can occur. In cases where a price is displayed incorrectly or product details are inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a complete refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, you cannot add or remove items from it. Requests to change your shipping address or to cancel your order must be made immediately after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. While we will attempt to accommodate these requests, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for submitting a correct and complete shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, My Store will assist with reshipping; however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other charges imposed by your government. These fees are your responsibility, and My Store cannot predict or manage these charges.

Shipping Delays and Lost or Damaged Packages

My Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
