Return Period and Eligibility

My Store accepts returns of full-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that appear used beyond trying them on are not eligible for return.

Only full-priced items can be returned. Items purchased on sale, including during promotional events or from sale collections, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Starting a Return

  1. Contact My Store through our contact page or by emailing lukasufev54@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please do not ship items before receiving approval.
  2. After approval, you may return your item by mail or, if convenient, bring it to a My Store physical location.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets our condition requirements, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns mailed back to us will have a $4.95 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
  • Returns made in a My Store physical store, exchanges, and returns converted to store credit are exempt from restocking fees.
  • Bringing returns in-store avoids the restocking fee and usually expedites the resolution.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Following receipt and inspection of your return, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Price Adjustment Policy

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your original purchase, My Store offers a one-time price adjustment refund for the difference. This refund will be made to your original payment method and applies once per item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by promptly contacting My Store via our contact page or at lukasufev54@gmail.com.
